Tesamorelin is a growth hormone-releasing peptide that can be used to improve visceral fat in the body. Tesamorelin is a homeostatic growth hormone, with no huge surges or side effects. It works by activating GHRH receptors and stimulating the production of IGF-1 (insulin-like growth factor).
