Sildenafil is available in caps ranging from less than 25 mg to greater than 25mg. Using 5mg daily can help support vascular health. It is a vasodilator that helps support endothelial dysfunction. However, blood pressure should be monitored. Doses greater than 25mg can be used to help erectile disfunction, with blood pressure needing to be monitored.
