Growth Hormone Secretagogues (GHS)

Another powerful tool in hormone therapy are Growth Hormone Secretagogues (GHS), which stimulate the body’s own production of growth hormone. These secretagogues are usually a combination of Growth Hormone Releasing Hormones (GHRH) and Growth Hormone Releasing Peptides (GHRP). GHRH (like CJC) combined with GHRP (like Ipamorelin or Tesamorelin) synergistically stimulate Growth Hormone (GH) production, with GHRH "filling the gas tank" and GHRP "stepping on the gas pedal." GH then triggers the liver to produce IGF, which supports bone and muscle mass, immune function, and more. Using GH secretagogues to naturally modulate IGF is safer and more controlled than administering growth hormone directly.
